Mundial S.A. emerged from the unification of two large groups – Eberle, founded in Caxias do Sul, in Serra Gaúcha, in 1896, and Zivi-Hercules that started its activities in Porto Alegre, in 1931. Since the end of 2003, the name of the group has become Mundial SA Produtos de Consumo.

These are some of the reasons that drive the life of Mundial, one of the largest business groups in Brazil, which celebrated its 127th anniversary on April 2nd. Mundial SA is a publicly traded company that has its shares traded on B3 S.A. – Brasil, Bolsa e Balcão, São Paulo Stock Exchange, under the ticker MNDL3 (Mundial ON). The Capital is R$43,794,105.18 (forty-three million, seven hundred and ninety-four thousand, one hundred and five reais and eighteen cents), fully subscribed and paid-in, divided into 2,480,260 (two million, four hundred and eighty thousand, two hundred and sixty) common shares, all registered, book-entry and with no par value.
